The Â鶹Éç Board of Governors and CUPE will return to the bargaining table on Nov 2 and 3.

CUPE Local 3912 has responded to the Board’s proposal (on October 24) to refer the remaining collective bargaining issues to arbitration, indicating they will not agree to take part in arbitration at this time. The Board has now written to CUPE with proposed dates to return to the bargaining table early next week.

The Â鶹Éç Board of Governors is committed to exploring all options to reach an agreement with CUPE Local 3912. Today, the Board wrote to the Union proposing the parties agree to resolve negotiations through interest arbitration.
