A paper titled 鈥淔ood Protein-Derived Bioactive Peptides: Production, Processing, and Potential Health Benefits鈥 co-authored by Dr. Chibuike Udenigwe, Department of Environmental Sciences has received the 2015 Tanner Award for the Most Cited Paper published in 2012 in Journal of Food Science.
Named after American food scientist and Journal of Food Science (formerly Food Research) founder Fred Wilber Tanner (1888-1957), the award recognizes the most cited papers published in Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Scientific Journals.
