College Royal celebrates the long-standing tradition of agricultural showmanship while celebrating the unique culture of the campus. 聽
Over 100 students participated in the annual event which is a testament to generations of students, dedicated to maintaining the culture of animal-husbandry and health, while continuing to improve public awareness of agricultural issues.
The event has been a part of the campus culture since 1935 and continues to be a defining event each year.
Judges included Cynthia Campbell for dairy, David Allen for sheep and Kayla Graham for poultry.
Ella Fleweling was our Overall Grand Champion Livestock Showman and Alena Moxsom was our reserve champion.
"We wanted to become co-chairs this year as we both have a love for livestock, we also wanted to become more involved on campus and thought this would be a great way," said Abigail. "We really enjoyed it and hope to return again next year."
