Â鶹Éç and Halifax Regional Police have put in place a multi-initiative plan ahead of Â鶹Éç’s homecoming weekend (September 27 – 30) to encourage safe and responsible off-campus student behaviour.

A Â鶹Éç research team has coordinated an unprecedented scientific experiment with a number of partners, including the Canadian military, to study North Atlantic right whale (NARW) activity in the Gulf of St. Lawrence.

Today Â鶹Éç welcomed Premier Stephen McNeil to campus, where he announced a $10 million investment as part of the university’s $38.5-million Performing Arts Campaign to revitalize and expand the Â鶹Éç Arts Centre.

A university-community partnership aimed at encouraging participation in STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) professions by African Nova Scotian youth has been awarded federal funding.
