In Szechuan, where Gods walk among water sellers and heroin dealers, we find the only good person on earth. Shen Te, a woman too full of love to live in this world of greed, must put on a disguise of vice to keep her virtue. Bending genders and genres, the Good Soul of Szechuan makes you think while making you smile.
