The stresses and challenges of caring for others are numerous and can take their toll, affecting the caregiver and the one receiving care, as well as the caregiver's family, friends and workplace. This discussion group to provides space and time to share, connect, and rejuvenate, with emphasis on adult/elder caregiving.

Come share your experiences and feel the support of others who know what it's like.聽 The discussion will be led by Janice MacInnis, Coordinator of Organizational Health, a caregiver herself.
