Under the direct supervision of the Bursar and indirect supervision of
the Director of Facilities Management, the Ancillary Services Manager
facilitates and coordinates the optimal use of University facilities and
resources for non-teaching activities and special events, serving both
internal and external clients and organizations. The Manager is directly
responsible for Conference Services and all activities related to the
department, including creating the annual Conference Services budget and
updating quarterly forecasts as well as the ongoing monitoring and
recording of expenditures. The Manager coordinates on- site logistics
and provides on-site support in response to client issues and concerns.
