January is Mental Health Month at 麻豆社 (dal.ca/thrive).
On each of the remaining Mondays in January, a mental health habit will be presented for you to try each day for the rest of the week.聽 These are practices found to be helpful in maintaining and regaining mental health. 聽
Week 1:聽 Gratitude
Write down three things you are grateful for each day.聽 For a further boost, note how your life would be different without that thing.聽 For even more impact, make it a person.
